Recipe of roasted cauliflower





Ingredients:


Cauliflower: 1(medium in size)
Refined oil: 4 tbsp
Onion juice: 3 tbsp
Ginger juice: 2 tbsp
Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Honey: 2 tbsp
Refined flour or maida: 2 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp
Sliced green chilli: 4 to 5 pieces
Water: ½ cup
Salt as per taste

Method:

Wash and cut the cauliflower in medium size. Take wok and heat oil and fry the cauliflower with little salt. Add onion juice, ginger juice, garlic paste and honey and stir it for 1 to2 minutes. Take a bowl. Pour water in it and add refined flour, tomato ketchup and vinegar and mix it. Pour the mixture in the gravy and stir for few seconds. Garnish with sliced green chilli and serve hot.
