Recipe of Smoked Cauliflower




Ingredients:


·       Cauliflower: 1 piece
·       Mustard paste: 4 big tbsp
·       Green chilli paste: 1 tbsp
·       Turmeric powder: 1 pinch
·       Salt: as per taste
·       Mustard oil: 4 tbsp



Method:

Wash the cauliflower properly in warm water and chop finely. Now take a steel container with proper lid. Mix the chopped cauliflower, mustard paste, green chilli paste, 1 pinch turmeric, salt, mustered oil properly and place them in the container. Cover it tightly. Put a big pan on the gas oven, pour water in it and put the steel container half submerged in it. Place some weight (stone/ iron mass etc.) on the cover of the steel container so that it does not open up under pressure. Leave the container to boil in this manner in medium flame for 20 minutes. Give some standing time (10 minutes) after turning off the flame. Open the lid and your smoked cauliflower is ready to serve.
