Ingredients:
· Chicken: 500grms
· Coriander leafs: 500grms
· Normal curd: 100grms
· Lemon: 1piece
· Salt: to taste
· Sugar: 2tbsp or to taste
· Refined oil: 5tbsp
· Butter cube: 1 slice
· Green chilli: 4 pieces
Method:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate the chicken with curd and salt and leave it for 2hrs in normal room temperature. Chop 100 grams (approximately) of coriander leaves and make paste of the remaining coriander leaves. Slice the green chilli. Turn on the gas oven and heat refined oil in a pan. Once the oil is heat up, add the chopped coriander leaves in it and fry for one minute. Add the marinated chicken and put the flame on simmer. Fry it for two minutes and cover it. Further, cook it for five minutes. Your chicken is now halfway done. Now add half of the coriander paste, sliced chilli, half of the lemon juice, salt and sugar. Cook it till the chicken becomes soft. Dry up the excess water. Add the remaining coriander paste and lemon juice. Add butter cube for more taste and glossiness.
