Recipe of fruit fried rice:


Ingredients:

1. Long grained rice – 3 cups (cooked)
2. Milk – ½ cup
3. Fresh cream – ½ cup
4. Cloves (laung) – 3
5. Cinnamon - 1 inch
6. Bay leaf – 1 piece
7. Green cardamoms – 3 pieces
8. Ghee – 2 tbsp
9. Rose water – 2 tbsp
10. Sugar – 1 tbsp
11. Mixed nuts (almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, walnuts etc.) – ¼ cup chopped 
12.Mixed fruit (pineapple, guava, orange, apple etc.) – 1 cup chopped 
13. Salt as per taste

Method:

Heat the ghee in a wok or a flat pan, add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf and stir well – fry for a few seconds. Add the freshly chopped fruits and stir – fry for a minute. Add rice, dry fruits, rose water, sugar, cream, milk and salt. Mix all the ingredients properly and gently. Cook for four to five minutes. Fruit fried rice is ready. Serve it immediately.
