Recipe of Lemon Chicken:


Ingredients:

·       Chicken – 2 breast pieces
·       Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
·       Garlic paste -  2 tbsp
·       Black pepper paste – 2 tbsp
·       Cumin powder – 2 tbsp
·       Garam masala  powder – 1 tbsp
·       Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
·       Salt as per taste
·       Refined oil or olive oil – 2 tbsp
·       Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Method:

Wash the chicken properly and marinate with little bit of oil and salt and keep it aside for one hour. Heat oil in a wok and put the marinated chicken in it, stir - fry until the chicken becomes golden. Add ginger and garlic paste and stir it well. Cook it for two or three minutes in a medium flame. Add cumin powder, garam masala powder and black pepper paste. Stir until oil is separated from the chicken. Now add the main ingredients, the lemon juice and mix it well. Cook it in low flame until the chicken becomes soft. Spread some fresh coriander leaves on it and serve hot with nun, roti etc.
