Ingredients:
Boneless
chicken: 250 g
Maida:
1/2 cup
Corn
flour: 2 tbsp
Capsicum:
1 large cut into cubes
Onion:
2 medium cut into cubes
Chopped
ginger: 1 tbsp
Chopped
garlic: 1 tbsp
Schezwan
sauce: 1 ½ tbsp
Green
chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
Soya
sauce: 1 tbsp
White
peeper powder: ½ tbsp
Green
chilli: 3 sliced
Orange
food colour: 1 pinch
Aginamoto: ½ tbsp
Salt
as per taste

oil for deep fry
Method:
Take
a mixing bowl and whisk the egg. Add maida, half of aginamoto, half of white
pepper powder, ½ tbsp schezwan sauce, half of soya sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour and
little amount of salt and mix it. Add little bit of water for proper
consistency. Add a pinch of orange food colour into the batter. Now add the
chicken pieces into the batter and marinate it for 2 hours. After 2 hours heat
oil in a wok for deep fry. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces on high flame.
Chicken pakora (ball) is ready. Heat another pan and add 2 tbsp of remaining
oil. Add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and sauté for few seconds. Add onion
cubes and deseeded capsicum cubes and fry it for 1 or 2 minutes. Now add
chicken pakora, sliced green chilli, salt, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, green
chilli sauce, aginamoto and white pepper powder, mix all the ingredients properly.
For the glossy coating on the chicken, take a bowl and dilute 1 tbsp of corn
flour into little bit of water and sprinkle it on the chicken pieces and stir
it. Dry chilli chicken is ready. Serve it as snack.
