Extras: Schezwan Sauce is a spicy Chinese sauce that goes well with indo chinese recipes, like schezwan fried rice, veg schezwan noodles, vegetable schezwan and veg balls in hot garlic sauce. This hot and spicy sauce is a complex combination of gluten-free Tamari, spices, ginger, plum and sesame. For home-made preparation of the sauce, heat oil in a wok, add the whole red peppers and saute over high heat till they darken a bit. Add onion, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over high heat till look glossy.  This sauce is perfect for putting a new twist on your favorite chili recipe or stir-fry.
