Ingredients:
Boneless
chicken: 500 g (cut into flat pieces like filet)
Lemon
juice: 1/2 cup
Egg
white: 5 pieces
Ginger
garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Chopped
Spring onion: 2 tbsp
Chopped
coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Chopped
green chilli: 1 tbsp
Black
pepper powder: 1 tbsp
Corn
flower: 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt
as per your taste
Oil
for deep fry
Method:
Take a mixing bowl. Marinate the chicken slice with lemon juice and
salt. Leave it for 1 hour in room temperature. Take a semi flat bowl add egg
white, spring onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, black
pepper powder, cornflower and a little amount of salt. Mix it well and white
batter is ready. Take a wok and heat oil for deep frying. Take a chicken slice
and dip it into the batter and place it into the oil for deep fry. Fry all the
chicken slices in the same manner. Your chicken kabiraji is ready. Serve it
with sauce and onion rings.
