Ingredients:
Mushroom: 1 cup (boiled)
Capsicum: 2 tbsp
(chopped)
Red bell pepper: 2 tbsp
(chopped)
Yellow bell pepper: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic: 1 tbsp (crushed)
Onion rings: ½ cup
Tomato: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
Tamarind pulp: 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder: 1
tbsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Refined oil: 4 tbsp
Green chilli: 1 tbsp
(chopped)
Method:
Heat oil in a wok and add
garlic. Sauté for few seconds and then add capsicum, red bell pepper and yellow
bell pepper. Stir it for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt, sugar, black-pepper powder,
red chilli powder and chopped green chilli. Cook it for 1 minute and add boiled
mushroom. Add soya sauce and onion rings. Mix all the ingredients well. Lastly
add tamarind pulp and stir well. Your chilli mushroom is ready. Serve it with
bread or roti.
