Recipe of Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients:
·       Boneless chicken: 500g

·       Garlic: 8 to 10 cloves
·       Ginger: 2 tbsp chopped
·       Chopped green chilli: 2 tbsp
·       Chopped onion: 5 tbsp
·       Soya sauce: 2 to 3 tbsp
·       Aginamoto: ½ tbsp
·       Tomato juice: ½ cup
·       Corn flour: 2 tbsp
·       Chicken stock: ½ cup
·       Refined oil: 1 cup
·       Salt as per your taste
Method:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Now make a paste of ginger, garlic and chilli together. Take a bowl and marinate the chicken pieces with 2 tbsp oil, salt, aginamoto, corn flour, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and half of the ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Leave it for 1 hour in room temperature. Take a wok and heat the oil to fry the chicken pieces individually and keep aside. Sauté chopped onion in rest of the oil left in the wok. Now add the other half of the paste and stir for few seconds and add tomato juice, remaining soya sauce, the chicken stock and lastly the fried chicken pieces. When the gravy starts boiling, put the gas on low flame and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Your chicken Manchurian is ready. Serve it with fried rice or nun.
