RECIPE OF LIME CAPSICUM CHICKEN


Ingredients:


·       Bone less chicken: 500 g
·       Chopped onion: of 2 pieces
·       Ginger paste: ½ tbsp
·       Garlic paste: ½ tbsp
·       Capsicum: 2 pieces
·       Red bell pepper: 1 piece
·       Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
·       Fenugreek: ½ tbsp
·       Cinnamon powder: ¼ tbsp
·       Black pepper powder: ½ tbsp
·       Refined oil: 4 tbsp
·       Salt as per your taste

Method:

Make a paste of one capsicum and one red bell pepper. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek and sauté for 2 to 3 seconds. Then add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden brown. Now add ginger and garlic paste and fry the ingredients for 5 more minutes. Add cinnamon and black pepper powder, stir it and add both of capsicum and bell pepper paste. Cook it for 6 to 7 minutes. Now add chicken and mix well with the gravy. If necessary add some water. Cover the pan and cook it until the chicken becomes soft. Finally, add the lemon juice. Garnish with chopped capsicum. Lime capsicum chicken is ready.  Serve it hot with bread, roti and boiled rice.
