Recipe of Chicken Reshmi Kebab


Ingredients:
·       Boneless chicken: 5oog 
·       Curd: 1 cup
·       Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
·       Coriander leaves paste: 1 cup
·       Ginger paste: 2 tbsp
·       Garlic paste: 2 tbsp
·       Black pepper powder: 1 tbsp
·       Green chilli paste: 1 tbsp
·       Chat masala powder: 1 tbsp
·       Salt as per your taste
·       Sugar (optional)
·       Refined oil: 4 tbsp for brushing

Method:
Take a big bowl. Marinate the chicken with curd, coriander-leaf paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, green chilli paste and salt. Leave the marinated chicken for 4 hrs in the freeze. Take out the chicken and skewer the chicken pieces onto oiled skewers and grill or roast till the chicken is nicely browned. Baste frequently with oil while grilling. Once the kebab are cooked, remove it to a serving platter and sprinkle chat masala and garnish with onion rings, fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve it hot with green chutney.
